The Idea behind Rojo Furoshiki was to see if red oak can be turned into textile, using the Japanese 'Furoshiki' technique, a technique based on "the art of wrapping". The challenge was to create a flexible and versatile textile system through this hardwood, applicable to multiple scales (XS-XXL) and with a possible infinite growth.
