MATERIAL

Limiting Factor was made using a single species; American tulipwood, which accounts for more than 7% of the volume of the U.S. hardwood forests.

There are more than 1,019 million m3 of American tulipwood standing in the forests, to which each year another 33.45 million are added. Of these, only 12.8 million m3 are used annually. Each year, after harvesting, the volume of tulipwood in the American hardwood forests increases by 19.65 million m3.

An outstanding feature of this cabin is the relative simplicity of its design, which allows the material to shine by itself and avoids the need for elaborate processes and finishes, which contributes to its positive environmental profile.
