ENVIRONMENTAL PROFILE

The Tulou Screen is made from American red oak and tulipwood, making it a low carbon piece of sculptural design. Both timber species grow abundantly in the American hardwood forests, at a much greater rate than they are harvested. Their respective net volumes (after harvest) are increasing by 21.3 and 19.7 million m3 each year.
