A collaboration between architects Chan + Eayrs and Sebastian Cox, initiated by the American Hardwood Export Council, the Blushing Bar is a circular bar made from American Red Oak, created for the Wallpaper* Handmade X: With Love exhibition in Milan. In this video, the creators discuss the theme of love as inspiration for the ‘blushing’ colour of the wood, which is made through the insert of red ink into the pores of the oak.
