Mathias Hahn was presented with five American hardwoods, ash, cherry, hard maple and red oak, and challenged to create something inspired by the material and the number five. He chose American tulipwood and set about designing a selection of products which demonstrated his creative flair as well as the beauty, colour and performance of American hardwoods.
