Nathan Yong

Yong is perhaps the most highly regarded designer in Singapore. He graduated from Singapore’s Temasek Polytechnic in 1991, with a diploma in industrial design and began his career working as a buyer. He now runs his own industrial design consultancy and leads the product design programme at Lasalle College of the Arts. He has twice won the Red Dot Concept Design Award and was also named Designer of the Year at the Singapore President’s Design Award in 2008.

Adam Markowitz
Melbourne, Australia
Markowitz is an award-winning designer, maker, and a practising architect. Since 2015 he has operated his studio, Markowitzdesign, delivering architectural projects, small-batch production furniture and custom commissions. He is a co- teacher at the ExLab experimental making programme, University of Melbourne, and is the current vice president of the Victorian Woodworkers Association.
