Getting away from it all
Sir Terence Conran's ‘wish’ was for a workspace for his office. This beautiful ‘cocoon-like desk’ created by furniture maker Sebastian Cox as part of AHEC’s Wish List project was created from American red oak and American cherry, which Cox was keen to experiment with as it’s not fashionable; so is under exploited as a resource.
