Studio SFDW will be remaking three of their existing designs using American maple, white oak and cherry.

I have always loved the fineness and the delicate expression of maple yet the strength is commendable. White oak is a very unique wood because of its nature to be finished in something fine or a bit rough as desired, the grains are beautiful, and it can be stained very well if one is looking for dark tones like black or deep blue. Cherry is something I have always been curious about and never used before, this would be the first time I shall be exploring it. I believe it has that richness when used in furniture and accessories.
