The original KARANA Collection took the sculptural language of Ida Bagus Nyana and translated it into three standalone objects: the Kuta Bench, Sanur Lounge Chair and Ubud Light, each one presented to be encountered individually, its harmony absorbed on its own terms. KARANA Habitat keeps that same source and the same underlying philosophy, Tri Hita Karana, harmony between people, nature and spirit, in a new setting.

The Klungkung Sofa, Negara Dining Chair, Negara Armchair and Negara Dining Table extend the collection's sculptural identity into furniture built for daily life. These are pieces to be sat on, gathered around, lived with. The intention behind the work is consistent but now in a changed context. What began as functional art paying tribute to Ida Bagus Nyana's sculptural vision now sits inside a contemporary living space, still carrying that same tribute but now designed for everyday use.

The outcome is a collection that completes an idea. KARANA imagined as it was always intended to be experienced.
